AXA XL names world CUO for specialty

The property & casualty and specialty threat division of worldwide insurer AXA has appointed its first-ever world chief underwriting officer for specialty.

The newly created position at AXA XL will probably be assumed by Anne Marie Elder – at the moment world CUO for marine – on April 1. Her wider remit will span AXA XL’s marine, aerospace, and specialty area of interest portfolios.
