Deal is newest in a string of strikes
King Insurance coverage Companions has introduced the acquisition of Florida-based Status Insurance coverage.
Led by company principal Michele Anania and headquartered in Vero Seaside, Fla., Status offers private, industrial and specialised insurance coverage protection.

The deal is the most recent in a string of acquisitions by King. In February, the Gainesville, Fla.-headquartered agency introduced that it had acquired New Jersey-based Mehta Insurance coverage Company. In 2023, the corporate grew greater than every other high 100 US dealer. In March of final 12 months, the corporate bolstered its presence in its residence state with the acquisition of Orange Park-based First Florida Underwriters.
