Transfer follows an preliminary majority swoop in 2021
Re/insurance coverage funding agency KKR & Co. has finalized its acquisition of the remaining 37% stake in The World Atlantic Monetary Group, a transfer that brings its complete possession to 100%. This growth follows KKR’s preliminary majority stake acquisition in World Atlantic in 2021.
Because the preliminary acquisition, KKR has been managing the property of World Atlantic, offering the insurance coverage firm with entry to its international funding and origination capabilities, it acknowledged.
