Lemonade has joined an extended checklist of corporations going through lawsuits over how their web sites have shared customer knowledge with different corporations.
Plaintiffs have filed a criticism accusing the New York-based insurance coverage dealer of sending life insurance coverage applicant data to Meta’s Fb website, Snap’s Snapchat website, TikTok and different events with out the candidates’ consent.

The plaintiffs are asking for a jury trial and damages to be decided by the courtroom.
