The Norwegian firm, Yara which specialises within the manufacturing and advertising and marketing of high-end fertilisers has bought its total stake in Yara Cameroun. The sale means Yara Cameroun will function beneath the title Hydrochem Cameroun. Noutchogouin Jean Samuel (NJS) purchased the shares which marks a turning level for the group extending their affect within the agricultural sector. NJS has ambitions for enlargement initiatives which is able to strengthen meals safety and promote innovation within the agricultural sector.
Yara had been supported by Zangue & Companions offering authorized recommendation throughout this deal and had been honoured to have efficiently led this transaction.
