Zurich North America has introduced key management adjustments in its direct market and crop companies.

Jason Meador (pictured above proper), at present head of the corporate’s crop insurance coverage enterprise, Rural Neighborhood Insurance coverage Companies (RCIS), has been appointed to move the direct markets enterprise, which serves auto sellers and rental operations. Meador will tackle the position following the retirement of present direct markets head Vince Santivasi (pictured above left).

Dalynn Hoch (pictured above heart), at present head of mergers and acquisitions at Zurich Insurance coverage Group, will succeed Meador as head of RCIS.

Direct markets transition

Meador will step into his new position on Feb. 1. He’ll proceed to report back to Kristof Terryn, CEO of Zurich North America, as a member of the corporate’s govt committee.

Meador joined Zurich greater than 10 years in the past and has held a number of management positions on the firm, together with head of strategic execution for North America, chief working officer of the previous various markets enterprise, and head of captives. Previous to becoming a member of Zurich, Meador served as a principal with The Boston Consulting Group. He’s a veteran of the US Navy.

Santivasi will stay with Zurich North America by April 5 to help with the transition. His retirement comes after 20 years with Zurich.

RCIS transition

Hoch will assume her new position as head of RCIS efficient Feb. 1. She’s going to report back to Terryn and turn out to be a member of Zurich North America’s govt committee.

Previous to her present position as head of mergers and acquisitions at Zurich Insurance coverage Group, Hoch served as chief monetary officer at Zurich North America. Previous to that, she served as a companion with KPMG.
